The lure of ice cream apparently brought out the creatures of the night, as this frightening apparition was seen haunting the Meadow Street platform of our museum. Luckily, copious quantities of ice cream seemed to appease it, and it departed without much fuss...

Ice Cream Night #1

July 7, 2001: For just $2, our trolley crews gave evening rides on open car #1875 to 125 of our closest friends and visitors, after which genuine Hershey's ice cream was served at historic Workman's Store in Rockhill Furnace.

Ice Cream Night #2

The second ice cream night for 2001 included a special surprise for riders: first public operations to the new end of trackage at Black Log Narrows. At left, neatly dressed motormen and women welcome the first riders to this special event.
